MU Point Massage
Our first video release in our Eastern Bodywork category is titled MU Point Massage. Medical Massage Lecture Presentation: The Upper Back
This engaging lecture introduces ways the back may be affected by various pathologies — and why the area that hurts is not always where we need to work. Together, we’ll begin to think about the body as a connected landscape, exploring patterns, compensations, and the often-overlooked contributors to pain.
You’ll gain fresh perspectives on assessment, expand your clinical reasoning, and open your eyes to the “what else could be going on?” moments that elevate your work.
Coming in December
Medical Massage Lecture Presentation: The Lower Back
Our newest Medical Massage release explores how the lower back can be affected by a variety of pathologies — and why pain isn’t always the most reliable guide.
🎥 Medical Massage Lecture Presentation: The Lower Back offers fresh insights into patterns, compensations, and the interconnected nature of the body, helping you assess and address this area with greater clarity and confidence.
Coming in September

We’re delighted to share the very first offerings in our Mindfulness category — two short, guided practices designed to help you return to center and invite stillness into your day.
✨ Invocation — A brief, 2-minute grounding to set your intention and align your energy before moving into your day — or guiding others in theirs.
🌬️ Feel Your Breath — A soothing, breath-centered meditation to help you slow down, release tension, and rest in calm balance.
Perfect for your own self-care, and equally meaningful to share with clients in your healing work.
